Chase Return Policy

At Chase Auto Parts, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all new/unused items. To initiate a return, simply please submit a return request form through our website.

Please note that electronic components such as lights, bulbs, ignition parts, relays, sensors, and switches will not receive a refund if the packaging has been opened or installation has been attempted. Additionally, parts must be in their original manufacturer packaging to qualify for reimbursement. If parts have been installed or damaged in any way, they cannot be returned.

We want to ensure that the return process is as seamless as possible for our customers, but please be aware that a 25.99 CAD refund processing fee will be charged on all product returns which are not the result of our mistake. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Once the item is received and validated, you will receive a credit for the number of goods plus applicable taxes within the next 5 business days.
